+LJK'HQVLW\,QWHUQHW$FFHVV+',$1HWPRGHOWith this netmodel, the CE150 is able to provide economical IPaddressing for hosts. It allows the mapping of all data VCs ondifferent DSL ports to a single data VC on a WAN port and mappingof all high priority VCs (always VC 22) on different DSLports to a single VC on a WAN port. High priority VCs are fordelay-sensitive traffic, like voice.HDIA, unlike VWAN or CopperVPN in their aggregate mode, permits peer-to-peer communications for users on voice VCs.With HDIA, you must set base IP addresses and address ranges(or net masks) for voice and data subnets when configuring thecircuits on WAN ports. Also, you must specify base IP addressesand address ranges (or net masks) for IADs and hosts whenconfiguring circuits on DSL ports. For more detailed instructions, see the CopperEdge 150 CopperCraft Reference and MIBDefinitions manual. Here are examples of configurations for thedata and voice VCs on both the DSL and WAN interfaces.CRAFT> set cmiface [1.2.1.20] netmodel=hdia ipaddr=10.0.20.0netmask=255.255.255.192 encapsulationtype=rfc1483farendaddr=10.0.20.1CRAFT> set cmiface [1.2.1.21] netmodel=hdia ipaddr=10.0.21.0netmask=255.255.255.192 encapsulationtype=rfc1483farendaddr=10.0.21.1CRAFT> set cmiface [1.5.13] netmodel=hdia ipaddr=10.0.20.2netmask=255.255.255.255 destpii=1.2.1.20encapsulationtype=rfc1483CRAFT> set cmiface [1.5.13.22] netmodel=hdiaipaddr=10.0.21.2 netmask=255.255.255.255 destpii=1.2.1.21encapsulationtype=ip-1490HDIA Data Group (10.0.20.0)4Hosts1HostIADIADIP Addr: 10.0.20.2Netmask: (/32)PII: 1.6.13VC: 528IP Addr: 10.0.20.4Netmask: (/30)PII: 1.6.14VC: 528HDIADSLAMIP Addr: 10.0.20.0Netmask: (/26)PII: 1.3.1.20IP Addr: 10.0.20.1DefaultRouterHDIA Voice Group (10.0.21.0)8Phones8PhonesIADIADIP Addr: 10.0.21.2Netmask: (/32)PII: 1.6.13VC: 22IP Addr: 10.0.21.3Netmask: (/32)PII: 1.6.14VC: 22HDIADSLAMIP Addr: 10.0.21.0Netmask: (/26)PII: 1.3.1.21IP Addr: 10.0.21.1VoiceGatewayConfiguring Data and Voice VCs&RSSHU(GJH,QVWDOODWLRQDQG2SHUDWLQJ*XLGH
