At this point you must enter the sales order number to which you want to
deliver the goods, for example, 11322.
From item
If your sales order has several items, and you want the delivery to start with a
certain order item, you can specify this item number here. The items before this
in the numbering are not considered. If you do not specify a value, the delivery
begins with the first item.
To item
If your sales order has several items, and you want the delivery to end with a
certain order item, then you can specify this item number here. The items that
come after this number in the numbering are not considered. If you do not
specify any value, the delivery ends with the last item.
Delivery type
Here, you can only specify the delivery type if you want to create a delivery
document without reference to a sales order.
Before going into detail on the next step in delivery creation, let us again take a
brief look at sales order 11322 and go to the Schedule lines tab. The date was
calculated as 02/08/2007 (see Figure 5.15). This order is already somewhat older
and therefore behind schedule in processing. The delivery note can nevertheless
be created with the selection on 03/04/2007.

Now press the Enter key to go to the overview screen of the delivery document
you just created (see Figure 5.16). The SAP system has adopted the item from the
sales order. You can now make changes to the delivery document, for example,
reducing the delivery quantity.
