Enter the printer name in the OutputDevice field. You can also assign a threepart
name that you can use to indentify the printout in the SAP spool file. Here, I
have selected the name, “OGM1 CMR1 Transport.” Check the Print immediately
checkbox if you want to print directly to your printer. If you want to delete the
output in the SAP spool file after printing, check the Release after print checkbox.
If a cover sheet is supposed to be printed in front of the main document, fill
in the SAP cover page, Recipient, Department, and Text fields as appropriate.
Save your entries.

I have not described printer determination in greater detail at this point. If you
want to learn more about printer determination, refer to Section 10.5 for delivery
documents. The settings are identical to a large extent, however, they are at the
shipment document level and not at the delivery document level.
15.5 Summary
This chapter illustrated print control for shipment documents. The following is
a summary of the individual steps that you have to take in the SAP system and
which are very similar to delivery documents:
1. Specify in Customizing the printouts and documents that you require for your
shipment documents
2. Specify the print activation criteria in Customizing
3. Specify the printer determination criteria in Customizing
4. Use the condition technique to enter information in print activation criteria
Once the output and printer are determined, the entire output control process can
be modified manually.
