7.1.4 Picking Relevance
Besides the rule for storage location determination, you must make additional settings
to start the picking procedure. To perform any storage location determination
for an item, the delivery item must be flagged as picking relevant. For example,
services or text items cannot be picked.
Figure 7.5 illustrates the standard settings defined by the SAP system for the most
important item types. Here, you can see that a normal item (item type TAN) is relevant
to picking, but that text items (TATX) and value items (TAW) are not.
