This tab gives a brief overview of who created the shipment document and
when it was last modified.

In addition, in the lower half of the screen, other tabs can be found which are
described in greater detail in the following sections.
Save your shipment document via the icon. The SAP system will then provide
the number of the saved shipment documents.
User Exit
During processing and saving, two function modules run that can be used to update
your own tables. This is SAP enhancement V56USVDO. The function module EXIT_SAP-
LV56U_005 with include ZXV56U10 provided here is called during shipment document
processing to prepare or directly save own tables.
Moreover, you can use SAP enhancement V56USVDP in combination with function
module EXIT_SAPLV56U_004 and include ZXV56U11. This function module is called
when the SAP standard tables are prepared for saving. You can now either update and
save your own tables or make changes in your shipment document. You must be particularly
careful as changes in the shipment document are not checked for plausibility
again.
