12 Shipment Section 12.3 describes how you can fill this selection screen, how you can display your relevant fields and their contents via a variant, and how you can assign this variant to your user master. A new overview (see Figure 12.10) opens when one or more delivery documents are selected. Figure 12.10 Overview of Selected Delivery Documents First, this screen appears to be very complex. Section 12.3 describes how selected delivery documents are accepted, removed, or added, and how delivery documents are shifted from other shipments, if required. To go to the normal view of the shipment document, click on the Figure 12.11). icon (see In the upper part of the screen there are five tabs: EE EE EE EE Processing This tab provides the most important information from the shipment header as well as the shipment document status. Identification Here, the shipment number is shown if it has already been assigned, as well as further external identifications and the shipment route. Shipment cost calculation This tab includes control information required for shipment cost settlement. Creation of Shipments 12.2 EE Administration This tab gives a brief overview of who created the shipment document and when it was last modified. Figure 12.11 Normal Overview of the Shipment Document In addition, in the lower half of the screen, other tabs can be found which are described in greater detail in the following sections. Save your shipment document via the icon. The SAP system will then provide the number of the saved shipment documents. User Exit During processing and saving, two function modules run that can be used to update your own tables. This is SAP enhancement V56USVDO. The function module EXIT_SAP- LV56U_005 with include ZXV56U10 provided here is called during shipment document processing to prepare or directly save own tables. Moreover, you can use SAP enhancement V56USVDP in combination with function module EXIT_SAPLV56U_004 and include ZXV56U11. This function module is called when the SAP standard tables are prepared for saving. You can now either update and save your own tables or make changes in your shipment document.
