Here as well, the individual texts are distinguished via the text type. The text variety
in shipment documents, however, is less versatile than in delivery documents
(see Figure 12.43 for various shipment text types). Each text type is characterized
by a four-digit key, the so-called text ID.

In the shipment document itself, you cannot determine the text type that is hidden
behind a text, but only the description in the respective language you logged
on to the system.
Describe the text type by repeating the text type in the first four places of the description,
for example, “0001 Forwarder’s order.” That way, the text type is displayed via the
description.
To display all possible text types provided in the SAP system for shipment documents,
start Transaction VOTXN (in older releases VOTX). Now select Shipment.
Next, click on the button. All text types set for the selected object VTTK
(shipment header) in the SAP system are displayed.
As you might not use all text types for your specific requirements or if you require
further specific text types that are not available here, you can define further texts
via Customizing. These text IDs always start with „Z“ so that you can recognize
immediately whether the text type is an SAP standard or was customized to your
requirements.
The texts required for specific shipment types are combined in one text determination
procedure. This determination procedure is allocated with an identification
