5 Delivery Documents 5.5.4 Storage Location The fourth criterion used for shipping point determination is the storage location. However, this option is not available in the earlier release statuses. There is, nevertheless, one restriction: For each delivery type, you must decide in advance whether or not you want to use the storage location to determine the shipping point. You can specify that in Customizing. You must use a route to specify the itinerary (transportation route) and the means of transportation (e.g., truck, train, plane, ship) for your goods as well as any intermediate stops.
