As you can see in this example, output determination can be set independent of
printer determination. The same process is used for output and printer determination
for handling units and groups.
10.6 Summary
This chapter looked at print control for delivery notes, handling units, and groups.
The following is a summary of the individual steps that you have to take in the
SAP system:
1. Specify in Customizing the printouts and documents that you require for your
delivery notes, handling units, and groups
2. Specify the print activation criteria in Customizing
3. Specify the printer determination criteria in Customizing
4. Use the condition technique to enter information into the print activation criteria
Once the output and printer are determined, the entire output control process
can be modified manually. You can also use the determination analysis function to
investigate the situation if the results are not what you expected.
