Cooperation, collaboration and communication, having respect<br />

for the law, having respect for the judges, problem solving,<br />

enhancing the perception, relations with others, ability, leadership,<br />

respect for others, knowing value of efforts, how to win, how to bear<br />

defeat, competition management, fair play, company, self respect,<br />

trust in others, veracity, flexibility, patience, group work, discipline,<br />

self-confidence, to tolerate aggression of others, to improve one's<br />

affairs without disturbing others.<br />

It may be said that, if an individual has all of the above attributes,<br />

he will be naturally considered among developed human beings and<br />

all theoretical efforts and different courses organized to produce<br />

specialists and managers aim at institutionalising these values. In this<br />

case, we should say: Alright! But if all the efforts are in this direction,<br />

why these attributes and those who possess these values are rarely<br />

found in our society? Those responsible for education in the country<br />

and the educationists will surely object that why do you neglect the<br />

efforts of the Ministry of Education and of the schools' educational<br />

affairs particularly taking into consideration that these instructors have<br />

endeavoured for years and they already knew that purification comes<br />

before education.<br />

Those responsible for education in the Ministry of Education and<br />

the educationists think that educational work can be accomplished<br />

through mere advice. Religious fanatics want to guide youngsters with<br />

a few verses from the holy Quran, the "Hadith" and fear of God and of<br />

the hell ~d with the hope to attain the paradise, and on the other hand<br />

western-educated psychologists want to accomplish this guidance<br />

through the theories of western educational theoreticians.<br />

These people are unaware that education is a practical subject. In<br />

other words, it is “acting with the body” and “acting with the body” is<br />

not possible except through correct repetition.<br />

It is worth having an example here: In the past, rich people<br />

employed a mentor for their children. A mentor is a person who<br />

accompanies children everywhere and teaches children how to eat,<br />

how to communicate, how to walk, how to respect adults, how to treat<br />

younger children, etc. This issue was particularly common amongst<br />

royal and aristocratic families, and the reason for it was that the<br />

parents were too busy to teach and treat their children. That is why we<br />
