This is a completely new phase, where the cultural programmes of
the Olympic Games are based on National and Traditional Art
Thus, the Games in Rome (1960), in Tokyo (1964) in Montreal
(1976) and in Moscow (1980) presented programmes with events
from all art forms. These events had a national and traditional theme.
