by sending the second questionnaire at the end of 10 days.<br />

6. “Medal and gifts” will be sent to the visited school and distributed<br />

during the award ceremony organised for the results of the<br />

competition, club etc. activities that we encouraged during the<br />

presentation (request of the related documents for an exhibition in<br />

NOC of Turkey).<br />

Detail of the Presentation - Oral<br />

The presentation includes a four-step game. Each step<br />

accomplished in success is followed by four-part informative session<br />

and then the successive steps of the game will follow. The content<br />

gathered under 16 chapters would be given to the participants.<br />

Chapters:<br />

1. Where did the Olympic game begin?<br />

2. Who founded the modern Olympic Games?<br />

3. And the Olympic Games since 1896.<br />

4. What’s the meaning of the five Olympic rings?<br />

5. What is the Olympic motto?<br />

6. Why is there a torch relay?<br />

7. Why are there opening and closing ceremonies at the Olympics?<br />

8. What is an Olympic sport?<br />

9. How does an athlete get to the Olympic Games?<br />

10. Where do the athletes live during the Games?<br />

11. How are the winners rewarded?<br />

12. What menace hangs over the Olympics?<br />

13. Where does the money to stage the games come from?<br />

14. What role does IOC play in all of this?<br />

15. How does the IOC keep its memories alive?<br />

16. Why do we want the Olympic Games to be organised in Istanbul?<br />

Five teams, each one composed of three people, chosen between<br />

the participants answer some of the questions of the previous chapters<br />

or try to realise an activity concerning the content.<br />
