Target<br />

1. To present the Olympic movement to two million registered and<br />

secondary education students.<br />

2. To make it understand and perceived by 400.000 students<br />

3. To encourage students from 20 regional schools to take part in the<br />

Olympic movement<br />

Content to the project:<br />

A dynamic introductory presentation entitled “How well do you<br />

know about the Olympic Games?” will be given both to the schools<br />

that will be visited and to the students who will be hosted in the<br />

Olympic House.<br />

The transformation of the concept, inspired from the book “How<br />

well do you know about the Olympic Games” published by Musée<br />

Olympique Lausanne, into an interactive structure by reformulating it<br />

within a computer game architecture.<br />

To support the affective feelings of the young people following the<br />

presentation, as well as their feelings of the young people following<br />

the presentation, as well as their feelings on ownership due to the<br />

informative session to which they will be driven by the game.<br />

Phases of the project:<br />

1. To start the presentation in the experiment schools in 2004 - 2005<br />

education year.<br />

2. To reach 175 schools and 130.000 students in one school year (35<br />

weeks) by visiting 5 schools per week.(Don’t forget that while a<br />

student is in contact with his teacher and friends in school, he is in<br />

contact with his parents and brothers/sisters at home.)<br />
