Priest Nicholas Nikolayevich Tishkevich was born in 1878 in <strong>the</strong> village<br />

<strong>of</strong> Ari, Lukoyanovo uyezd, and went to three classes at <strong>the</strong> Nizhegorod<br />

<strong>the</strong>ological school. He was disenfranchised. He was thrice condemned and<br />

twice fined. The last time he was sentenced to two years in <strong>the</strong> camps, being<br />

accused <strong>of</strong> “joining <strong>the</strong> staff <strong>of</strong> a church-monarchist organization, <strong>the</strong> True<br />

<strong>Orthodox</strong> Church”, <strong>of</strong> being “an activist <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> organization” and <strong>of</strong><br />

“conducting active counter-revolutionary work in <strong>the</strong> population”. On<br />

August 14, 1932 he was sentenced to three years’ exile in <strong>the</strong> north. Nothing<br />

more is known about him.<br />

Priest Peter Alexeyevich Terekhov was born in 1882 in <strong>the</strong> village <strong>of</strong><br />

Bolshoy Shodom, Kiknur uyezd, and served in <strong>the</strong> village <strong>of</strong> Nezhnur,<br />

Sharanga uyezd. On August 14, 1932 he was sentenced to three years’ exile in<br />

<strong>the</strong> north. In 1935 he was released from exile and went underground. In <strong>the</strong><br />

autumn <strong>of</strong> 1937 he was arrested, and on October 29, 1938 he was sentenced to<br />

death and shot.<br />

Priest Alexander Ivanovich Sokolov was born in 1873 in <strong>the</strong> village <strong>of</strong><br />

Prokopyevskoye, Shabalin uyezd, and went to Vyatka <strong>the</strong>ological seminary.<br />

He was disenfranchised. In 1932 he was arrested in his native village and<br />

accused <strong>of</strong> “joining <strong>the</strong> staff <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> church-monarchist organization, <strong>the</strong> True<br />

<strong>Orthodox</strong> Church” and <strong>of</strong> “conducting counter-revolutionary work in <strong>the</strong><br />

population on <strong>the</strong> orders <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> organization”. On August 14 he was<br />

sentenced to three years’ exile in <strong>the</strong> north. Nothing more is known about<br />
