Priest Basil Vladimirovich Vechtomov was born in 1892 in <strong>the</strong> village <strong>of</strong><br />

Mescheryakovo, Vyatka province and served in <strong>the</strong> village <strong>of</strong> Yelovo,<br />

Yelabuga uyezd, Tataria. He was arrested on April 14, 1931 and on August 21<br />

was sentenced in accordance with article 58-10 to ten years in <strong>the</strong> camps.<br />

Nothing more is known about him.<br />

Priest Euthymius Anisimovich Voronov was born in 1887 in <strong>the</strong> village <strong>of</strong><br />

Bolshoye Taberdino, Kaibitsky region, Tataria. He was a Kryashen by<br />

nationality. On May 29, 1931 he was arrested, and on July 27 he was convicted<br />

<strong>of</strong> “anti-collective farm activity”, and sentenced to five years in <strong>the</strong> camps in<br />

accordance with article 58-10. His family was exiled. Nothing more is known<br />

about him.<br />

Priest Yegor Avvakumovich Yegorov was born in 1895 in <strong>the</strong> village <strong>of</strong><br />

Klyanchino, Verkhneuslonsky region, Tataria, where he lived and served. On<br />

April 24, 1931 he was arrested, and on August 29 was convicted <strong>of</strong> being “a<br />

participant in a kulak-priestly grouping” and <strong>of</strong> “undermining <strong>the</strong> enterprises<br />

<strong>of</strong> Soviet power”. In accordance with article 58-11, he was sentenced to ten<br />

years in <strong>the</strong> camps. Nothing more is known about him.<br />

Paul Kirillovich Zubov was born in 1865 in <strong>the</strong> village <strong>of</strong> Soldat-<br />

Pismyanka, Bugulma region, Tataria. He was single, and warden <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> local<br />

church. On March 20, 1931 he was arrested, and on August 31 he was<br />

convicted <strong>of</strong> being “a participant in a kulak grouping”, <strong>of</strong> “anti-collective<br />

farm agitation” and “burning down collective farm barns”. In accordance<br />

with articles 58-9 and 58-11, he was sentenced to five years in <strong>the</strong> camps.<br />

Nothing more is known about him.<br />

Nun Agatha (Frolovna Yezhova) was born in Tambov province, and lived<br />

in Bugulma, Tataria. On June 9, 1931 she was arrested for “religious agitation”<br />

and imprisoned in accordance with article 58-11. On August 14, 1931 she died<br />

in prison.<br />
