Vasilisa Tikhonovna Vitsykayeva. She was born in 1922 in <strong>the</strong> village <strong>of</strong><br />

Pokrovskoye, Zubovo-Polyansky region, Chuvashia into a peasant family,<br />

and went to school in Karaganda. In 1950 she left her work, burned her<br />

passport and refused to take part in any enterprises undertaken by Soviet<br />

power. In 1956 she presented her home for, and took part in, secret prayer<br />

services toge<strong>the</strong>r with her husband, V.Ya. Muslov. On November 4, 1958 she<br />

was arrested for being “a participant in <strong>the</strong> anti-Soviet church-monarchist<br />

troup, <strong>the</strong> so-called ‘True <strong>Orthodox</strong> Christians’”. In <strong>the</strong> course <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />

investigation she renounced citizenship <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> USSR. On January 22, 1959 she<br />

was sentenced to five years in <strong>the</strong> camps and sent to a camp. Nothing more is<br />

known about her.<br />

Tatyana Ignatyevna Ignatyeva. She was born in 1911 in <strong>the</strong> village <strong>of</strong><br />

Oikassy, Churachinsky region, and received an intermediate education. From<br />

1949 to 1950 she worked as a technician in Tsivilsk children’s home. On<br />

December 23, 1951 she was arrested in a group case. On April 11-12, 1952 she<br />

was sentenced to ten years in <strong>the</strong> camps and sent to Gorlag. Nothing more is<br />

known about her.<br />

Maria Ignatyevna Ignatyeva. She was born in 1924 in <strong>the</strong> village <strong>of</strong><br />

Oikassy, Churachinsky region. In 1947 she finished her studies at Tsivilsk<br />

medical orderly school, and worked as a nurse in a city hospital, from 1950 –<br />

in a tuberculosis hospital. On December 23, 1951 she was arrested in a group<br />

case. On April 11-12, 1952 she was sentenced to ten years in <strong>the</strong> camps and<br />

sent to Minlag. Nothing more is known about her.<br />

Justina Filippovna Filippova. She was born in 1905 in <strong>the</strong> village <strong>of</strong><br />

Vurman-Kosy, Alikovsky uyezd, Chuvashia into a peasant family. In <strong>the</strong><br />

1930s she was living in Cheboksary and worked as an orderly in a city<br />

hospital. On March 27, 1947 she was arrested for being “an active participant<br />

in <strong>the</strong> illegal anti-Soviet church-monarchist organization called ‘<strong>the</strong> True<br />

<strong>Orthodox</strong> Christians’”, and on August 28-30 was sentenced to five years in<br />

<strong>the</strong> camps and disenfranchisement for three years. Nothing more is known<br />

about her.<br />

Agapia Pimenovna Kuzmina. She was born in 1903 in <strong>the</strong> village <strong>of</strong><br />

Pizipovo, Alikovsky uyezd, Chuvashia into a peasant family. In <strong>the</strong> 1930s she<br />

was living in Cheboksary without fixed occupation. On March 27, 1947 she<br />

was arrested for being “an active participant in <strong>the</strong> illegal anti-Soviet churchmonarchist<br />

organization called ‘<strong>the</strong> True <strong>Orthodox</strong> Christians’”, and on<br />

August 28-30 was sentenced to ten years in <strong>the</strong> camps with<br />

disenfranchisement for five years. Nothing more is known about her.<br />

Matrona Fedotovna Rybkina. She was born in 1922 in <strong>the</strong> village <strong>of</strong><br />

Vurman-Kassy, October region. In 1942 she finished medical orderly school,<br />
