Protopriest George Nikolayevich Zevakin was born in 1877 in Uralsk into<br />

<strong>the</strong> family <strong>of</strong> a priest. In 1900 he finished his studies at Orenburg <strong>the</strong>ological<br />

seminary, and in 1910 was ordained to <strong>the</strong> priesthood. He was appointed to<br />

<strong>the</strong> railway prayer house in Chelyabinsk, and became a dean. On February 5,<br />

1930 he was arrested for “participation in ‘The Union <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Salvation <strong>of</strong><br />

Russia’”. His was part <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> group case, “The Case <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Union <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />

Salvation <strong>of</strong> Russia, Chelyabinsk, 1930”. In accordance with articles 58-10 and<br />

58-11, he was exiled beyond <strong>the</strong> bounds <strong>of</strong> Urals province. Nothing more is<br />

known about him.<br />

The clergyman Yegor Borisovich Grazhdankin was born in 1867 and<br />

served in <strong>the</strong> village <strong>of</strong> Dmitrievka, Buzuluk region, Orenburg province. On<br />

February 22, 1930 he was sentenced to death. Nothing more is known about<br />

him.<br />

The clergyman Gennadius Dmitrievich Zhukovsky was born in 1893 and<br />

served in <strong>the</strong> village <strong>of</strong> Bulgakovo, Buzuluk region. On March 25, 1930 he was<br />

sentenced to five years in <strong>the</strong> camps. Nothing more is known about him.<br />

The clergyman Paul Dmitrievich Kasatkin (Kasatin?) served in <strong>the</strong> village<br />

<strong>of</strong> Grachevka, Samara region, Orenburg province. There he was arrested in<br />

1930, and on March 25 was sentenced to three years’ exile. Nothing more is<br />

known about him.<br />

The clergyman Nicholas Alexandrovich Zenkevich was born in 1890, and<br />

served in <strong>the</strong> village <strong>of</strong> Tolkayevka, Sorochinsky region, Orenburg province.<br />

In 1930 he was arrested, and on March 27 he was sentenced to ten years in <strong>the</strong><br />

camps. Nothing more is known about him.<br />

The clergyman Andrew Mikhailovich Kanarsky was born in 1872 and<br />

served in <strong>the</strong> village <strong>of</strong> Ozerye, Grachevsky region, Orenburg province. There,<br />

in 1930, he was arrested, and on March 29 was sentenced to five years in <strong>the</strong><br />

camps. Nothing more is known about him.<br />
