160 In 2002 in Latvia and Estonia, a smaller proportion of working people than in the 1998 survey felt that mental stress at work had increased within the space of a year. The downward trend in Latvia and Estonia can be considered pretty clear. In Lithuania, however, the situation is the complete opposite.
