Compared with the situation of three years ago, the under-30s conceive the
changes in working life as partly more negative and partly more positive than
before. Gender equality and management methods have been evaluated more
positively. As to the handling of environmental issues at the workplace, the
trend has been regarded more sceptically now than in 1998.
The attitude of those aged 30-49 has changed a great deal, and the direction
has been strongly negative. Only the development in equality between men
and women is held to be considerably more favourable than earlier. The getting
of information on the aims of working life has remained at the same level
of assessment, and the trends in all the other factors being evaluated have
