Public sector is more constant. The wages in the public sector are much
lower, but the public sector reform could bring more advantages for public
servants and employees. Also much more preferences are granted for the
employed in the public sector.
Pension reform is underway. Obviously it will be a good opportunity to increase
personal savings by investing in private pension funds. In parallel, it will give
additional impetus for development of domestic financial market.
