diagnostic data

The diagnostic data for a module can be up to 16 bytes long and consist of
data records 0 and 1:
Data record 0 contains system specific diagnostic data for the whole module:
4 bytes. It is set on a system-wide basis and applies for both HART
analog input and output.
Data record 1 contains
– 4 bytes of diagnostic data for an S7-300 which are also in data record
0 and
– Up to 12 bytes of module-class specific diagnostic data.
