Contractors or subcontractors, of any tier, are to conduct a Job Safety Analysis (also known as a JSA)
on any non-routine task. In certain circumstances the OCIP Safety Team may require the
contractor/subcontractor to do a JSA on specific routine tasks as well.
N. Positive Safety Attitude
Every project manager, supervisor, and employee on the project must exhibit a positive attitude toward
the safety and welfare of their fellow workers. Those who fail to comply with OSHA or project
regulations, or fail to comply with instructions from authorized safety representatives may be removed
from the project.
