1.07 LIST OF RELATED WORK
A. During performance of the Work under this Contract, the following other contracts
may be under construction:
1. Terminal 4 Gate Replacement – Phase 2 (Eastern Expansion)
2. Demolition of East Side facilities
3. Demolition of West Side facilities
4. Aircraft Parking Apron – Western Expansion
5. Hydrant Fueling – Western Expansion
6. Landside Improvements
7. BHS/EDS Equipment
In addition to these projects, new contracts may come up in future during the
duration of the project.
1.08 COOPERATION BETWEEN CONTRACTORS
A. One or more contracts may be required to construct the project. When separate
contracts are awarded for different portions of the project, the contractor in each
case shall be the person other than the COUNTY who signs each separate
contract.
B. The COUNTY reserves the right to contract for and perform other or additional
construction on or near the Work covered by this Contract.
C. When separate contracts are let within or near the limits of the Project, the
CONTRACTOR shall conduct his Work so as not to interfere with or hinder the
progress of completion of the construction performed by other Contractors.
Contractors working on the same Project shall cooperate with each other as
directed by the CPM.
D. The CONTRACTOR shall assume all liability, financial or otherwise, in
connection with his Contract and shall protect and save harmless the COUNTY
and the CPM from any and all damages or claims.
E. The CONTRACTOR shall arrange his Work and shall place or dispose of the
materials being used as not to interfere with the operations of the other
contractors within or near the limits of the Project. The CONTRACTOR shall join
his Work with that of the others in an acceptable manner and shall perform it in
proper sequence to that of the others.
