D. Mockups: Build mockups to verify selections made under Sample submittals and to
demonstrate aesthetic effects and set quality standards for materials and execution.
1. Build mockups of typical double-agent ticket counter as shown on Drawings.
2. Subject to compliance with requirements, approved mockups may become part of the
completed Work if undisturbed at time of Substantial Completion.
1.7 DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING
A. Curbside conveyor enclosure shall be stored in an area designated by the Authority.
B. Preparation
1. Before delivering enclosure, examine shop-fabricated work for completion and complete
work as required.
2. Repair any damaged and defective areas, where possible, to eliminate functional and
visual defects; where not possible to repair, replace woodwork. Adjust joinery for
uniform appearance.
C. Protect exposed surfaces, edges, reveals and secure all removable and opening components.
D. Deliver Ticket Counters Shells, Inserts, Posts, and Signage to the Authority at the following
location:

Warehouse Building, MA-134
Washington, DC 20001-4901
E. Coordinate fabrication, and delivery schedule with the COTR.
F. Inspect the area designated by the Authority for storage of products prior to delivering products.
Verify temperatures and humidity within the range recommended by the AWI. If conditions are
unsuitable contact the COTR immediately.
G. Deliver all products wrapped in protective coverings and suitable packs.
1.8 WARRANTY
A. Special Warranty: Manufacturer's standard form in which manufacturer agrees to repair or
replace components of signs that fail in materials or workmanship within specified warranty
period.
1. Curbside Conveyor Enclosure:
a. Warranty Period: One year from date of Delivery Completion.
