SECTION 26 05 53 - IDENTIFICATION FOR ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
PART 1 - GENERAL
1.1 SUMMARY
A. This Section specifies electrical identification materials and includes requirements for electrical
identification including but not limited to the following:
1. Identification labeling for raceways, cables, and conductors.
2. Operational instruction signs.
3. Warning and caution signs.
4. Equipment labels and signs.
B. Related Sections: The following Sections contain requirements that relate to this Section:
1. Refer to other Division 26 sections for additional specific electrical identification
associated with specific items.

B. Schedule of all tags, markers, nameplates, signs, etc.
