4. The last para<strong>gr</strong>aph of this chapter states that entrepreneurial salespeople<br />

must be, “confident, professional, consistent, patient, committed, and excited”<br />

about what they do. Place these six adjectives in order of your assessment<br />

of yourself as a salesperson. Put them along a continuum from “<strong>gr</strong>eat,<br />

no improvement necessary” to “needs lots of improvement.” Now select the<br />

one that needs the most work. Identify something you can begin doing tomorrow<br />

that will improve that aspect of your selling attitude.<br />
