Goal: Bring in Six New Clients per Year<br />

• Financial services industry: Develop expertise in the area through work with<br />

present clients. Focus attention on opportunities for new work in the financial<br />

services area, target LocalLoans Bank as a new client<br />

• ISO–9000: Send out letters for potential partnering, follow up on ISO leads,<br />

serve on the ASQC ISO–9000 Committee<br />

• Community marketing opportunities: Take advantage of various marketing<br />

opportunities, through associations such as school activities, church, Masons,<br />

etc.,...to let people know what we do and how we can help.<br />

• Exhibit at Consultant’s Showcase<br />

• Partner with Better Business Bureau, Quality Awards Pro<strong>gr</strong>am<br />

• Create a one-page quarterly newsletter to send to prospects, past clients, and<br />

current clients<br />

• Send five prospecting letters each week<br />

• Make ten follow-up phone calls every week<br />

• Seasonal: Send appropriate <strong>gr</strong>eeting cards to every person on my database<br />

• Hire marketing firm to develop a brochure last quarter<br />
