Results obtained from section 2provides a strategic sociological group view of the preference between discrete andframework agreements for three critical success factors identified during quantitativeanalysis. This serves two purposes:• A reference from the sociological group towards one engagement method orthe other - or an opportunity to give a neutral response. Participants to thequestionnaire are not aware of critical success factor results and thereforeviews are given from tacit knowledge of working with discrete andframework agreement projects.• If a sociological group view correlates with critical success factor results,this offers a form of triangulation where qualitative and quantitativemethods align.204
