It was anticipated thatparticipants would predominantly agree that traditional projects would encourageclearer channels of communication due to knowledge and extent of use. Frameworkagreements are a relatively new phenomenon and therefore introduction may impedecommunication between parties. The wording was deliberately biased againstframework agreements to reflect an anticipated view but respondents disagreed withthe proposition. 48% of respondents disagreed with the statement whilst 34%remained neutral upon the question. A small number 8% agreed with the statementmade whilst a similar number strongly agreed. Strength of views produces a skewednormal distribution curve but is reasonably distributed.218
