Wording of this question was deliberately biasedtoward the favour of frameworks and respondents significantly agreed with theproposition. 60% of respondents agreed with the statement whilst 17% remainedneutral upon the question. Only 4% disagreed with the statement. Results produce apeaked distribution curve due to a skew toward the affirmative.217
