It was anticipated that participants would predominantly agree thatframeworks would encourage higher levels of performance due to the focus uponmeasurement of such criteria. Wording of this question was deliberately biasedtoward the favour of frameworks and respondents significantly agreed with theproposition. 60% of respondents agreed with the statement whilst 17% remainedneutral upon the question. Only 4% disagreed with the statement. Results produce apeaked distribution curve due to a skew toward the affirmative.217
