The proposition assumed that use of keyperformance indicators would benefit all. Wording of this question was deliberatelybiased toward the anticipated view and respondents agreed with the proposition. 45%of respondents agreed with the statement whilst 30% remained neutral upon thequestion. A small number, 13% disagreed with the statement proposed. Strength ofviews produced a normal distribution curve but skewed toward the predominant viewof questionnaire participants.219
