Clearerdocumentation explaining the site conditions and other constraints help a contractorto be able to foresee a risk. The traditional way will slightly differ this approach, butin the framework you explain everything in the documentation.Q16 Which method (traditional verses framework) do you think provides the mosteffective communication between participants in construction projects? Why doyou feel this?I think the current framework works better in terms of communication because it isstraight forward and there is direct communication with the contractor from the start.That’s it intent now isn’t it with the tendering system? We document everything,everything is explained from the start and everyone knows what is required of them.So I think for communication, the framework one is much better than any other weare procuring because we have direct contact and more regular contact than we hadbefore.
