Appendices to Thesis Keith Gale 2013people full time on maintenance programs, such as a City Council maintenanceprogram, then by continual dialogue and agreement, progress meetings, you get tounderstand what the priorities are and you work as a team with the full teamsunderstanding to meet the program. Not from a contractual point of view but from anunderstanding of the client to. You know, it stands to reason that it effects everybodyfrom the bigger driver to the clients and everybody involved. Sub contractors buyinto the idea that sort of, this has got to finish on time because there’s a functionalneed. You know, whether its an aeroplane landing or a shop opening or a boatcoming under a bridge or whatever. And I don’t think you’re necessarily err trying to produce a substandard productor end result, what you’re trying to do is to achieve the same result, and maybe put abit of extra work in. For example, if err tarmac comes in on borderline temperaturethen you’ve got to get it down quicker, or the concrete might be slightly out but you423
