Where not enough reliable data areavailable to produce an overall weighted mean, a medianfigure is calculated for countries with available data only.Capped figuresThere are cases where an indicator theoretically shouldnot exceed 100 (the net enrolment ratio, for example),but data inconsistencies may have resulted nonethelessin the indicator exceeding the theoretical limit.
