qualified and capable<br />

staffing through efficient<br />

job posting, applicant<br />

screening, interviews,<br />

background checks,<br />

testing, employment<br />

offers, enrollment, and<br />

new employee orientation;<br />

providing outsource<br />

agency and volunteer<br />

staffing; developing,<br />

interpreting and<br />

communicating City<br />

policy, practices and<br />

procedures; providing a<br />

competitive and fair<br />

compensation;<br />

maintaining effective job<br />

classifications;<br />

administering labor laws<br />

including FMLA Reviews;<br />

EEOC Reviews; and<br />

compliance of regulatory<br />

concerns regarding<br />

employees; conducting<br />

employee and supervisor<br />
