1.) Increase the number of participating businesses in the commercial recycling program. (1.4.6)<br />
2.) Implement "Recycle Right" program to reduce contiminatio and labor cost. (5.1.2)<br />
3.) Continue to require enforcement of proper use of recycling bin use. (5.1.3)<br />
4.) Increase outreach program/presentations in schools, non-profit organizations, and city events.<br />
