operations. It offers<br />
the latest in golf<br />
merchandise and<br />
apparel and is the<br />
place where patrons<br />
register and pay for<br />
their golf fees; it is<br />
open daily from 6:30<br />
am till sunset. It is<br />
located at 2701 South<br />
Ware Road, McAllen,<br />
Texas.<br />
1.) Maintain rounds played and revenues among the top 25% among municipal<br />
golf courses in the State of Texas.<br />
2.) Sustain or increase the number of tournament rounds held annually by different customer groups.<br />
3.) Continue to present the public with a high quality golf course at the lowest possible price.<br />
4.) Cover all operational expenses with revenues generated from the daily operation of the<br />
Palm View Golf Course.<br />
