The serology of leishmaniasis positive in 5 patients(56%), serology for hepatitis A virus positive in one patient.On the etiology, visceral leishmaniasis is 2 / 3 cases (8 cases), there is a caseof LCH, a case of hepatitis A virus, the etiology remains unknown in 2patients.Concerning treatment all patients received supportive treatment, treatmentwith Glucantime in patients with leishmaniasis and corticosteroids in 8 patients.
