A vision into the shipbreaking yards of northern India, where in
an unending cycle the greatest of manmade titans are taken
apart piece by piece with only the simplest of tools.
Biografia
Scrittore, artista e filmmaker, ha studiato a Oxford, Cambridge
e Harvard. È il fondatore e il direttore artistico di
“Unruowe”. Ha pubblicato un libro di poesie nel 2002. Tra
i suoi film, Mummers è stato premiato in numerosi festival
internazionali.
Biography
A writer, artist and filmmaker educated at the universities of
Oxford, Cambridge and Harvard, he is the founder and artistic
director of Unruowe. His book of poetry At Eclipse was published
in 2002 and his paintings are in private collections in the
U.S. His films, including the award-winning Mummers, have
screened at various film festivals around Europe.

Biografia
Nata a New York nel 1957, ha studiato arte alla Cornell
University. Dopo vari progetti artistici, ora insegna alla
Cooper Union e alla Scuola di arti visive, fotografia e
media. La sua opera prima risale al 1980, Here We are.
Biography
Born in New York in 1957, she received a BA and BFA at Cornell
University. After having created numerous artistic projects,
she now teaches at The Cooper Union and in the MFA Program
of Photograhy and Related Media at the School of Visual Arts.
She made her debut work, Here We Are, in 1980.
