Syntax Description<br />

cable privacy add-certificate<br />

To add a manufacturer or root CA certificate to the list of trusted certificates, use the cable privacy<br />

add-certificate command in global configuration mode. To remove a particular certificate, use the no<br />

form of this command.<br />

Defaults No default behavior or values.<br />

no cable privacy add-certificate {manufacturer hex-data | root hex-data}<br />

manufacturer hex-data Specifies the hexadecimal data for the manufacturer CA certificate.<br />

Enter multiple lines as needed, and use a blank line to terminate the<br />

string.<br />

root hex-data Specifies the hexadecimal data for the root CA certificate. Enter<br />

multiple lines as needed, and use a blank line to terminate the string.<br />
