cable spectrum-group (interface configuration)<br />

To assign a spectrum group to all of the upstreams on a cable interface, use the cable spectrum-group<br />

command in interface configuration mode. To remove the spectrum groups from the upstreams, use the<br />

no form of this command.<br />

cable spectrum-group group-number<br />

no cable spectrum-group group-number<br />

Usage <strong>Guide</strong>lines This command assigns a spectrum group to all of the upstreams on the cable interface. To configure the<br />

spectrum groups, use the set of cable spectrum-group commands in global configuration mode.<br />

Note You can also assign spectrum groups to individual upstreams using the cable upstream<br />

spectrum-group command.<br />

Examples The following example shows how to assign spectrum group 1 to all of the upstreams on the cable<br />

interface in slot 3/0:<br />

specifies the number of the spectrum group you wish to remove from your router<br />

configuration. Valid range is from 1 to 32.<br />
