4.5 Risk identification within <strong>the</strong> Organization (Cluster)
The difference between <strong>the</strong> cluster’s ideal behavior (<strong>the</strong>oretical model) and <strong>the</strong> group’s empirical
behavior that makes part <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> organization will allow determining <strong>the</strong> behavior’s philosophical
dimensions <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> group which might strain <strong>the</strong> relationships among <strong>the</strong> people belonging to <strong>the</strong>
organization.
The differences between <strong>the</strong> empirical behavior and <strong>the</strong> <strong>the</strong>oretical one are determined by means <strong>of</strong> a
comparative analysis <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> knowledge cluster’s <strong>the</strong>oretical model (ideal) and <strong>the</strong> resultant empirical
model from <strong>the</strong> persons belonging to <strong>the</strong> cluster. According to <strong>the</strong> dissimilarity percentage between
both behaviors, risk level scales are defined: Acceptable, moderate, severe and critical. The first level
(acceptable) includes percentages up to, or below 25% and in <strong>the</strong> last level (critical) percentages
surpassing 75% are included.
From <strong>the</strong>se results, an organization’s philosophical behavior risk map is created. Table 4 indicates a
risk map scheme that could be derived from <strong>the</strong> results presented in Table 3.

From <strong>the</strong> analysis <strong>of</strong> this risk map, <strong>the</strong> possible adverse effects generated as a consequence <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>
organization people’s behaviors at <strong>the</strong> knowledge cluster could be derived.
