5. Results and conclusions

The proposed methodology for <strong>the</strong> qualitative risk analysis is basically characterized by:
It allows indentifying philosophical aspects <strong>of</strong> knowledge <strong>of</strong>fering and demanding people’ behavior at
a knowledge cluster; <strong>the</strong>se aspects might become obstacles to an organization’s main processes.
It turns into a supporting element in order to define, in philosophical terms, <strong>the</strong> identity (behavior) <strong>of</strong>
<strong>the</strong> agents or <strong>the</strong> cluster’s interest groups; this leads to determine <strong>the</strong> groups’ possible risk factors for
<strong>the</strong>ir performance inside an organization (independently from <strong>the</strong>ir relation with <strong>the</strong> o<strong>the</strong>r members <strong>of</strong>
<strong>the</strong> cluster).
It makes possible directing <strong>the</strong> measurements for managing possible risks towards <strong>the</strong> organization’s
vulnerability level at each philosophical dimension <strong>of</strong> its behavior.
