If a verification error occurs while using the Slave registration function, as it is<br />

not a communications error, remote I/O communications will continue even if<br />

communications stop mode is enabled.<br />

Communications stop mode is set using pin 3 of the DIP switch on the Master<br />

Unit. (pin 3 ON: communications stop mode, pin 3 OFF: normal communications<br />

mode)<br />

The words used for the Slave registration function and communications stop<br />

mode are allocated in the Special I/O Unit DM Area according to the Master<br />

Unit’s Special I/O Unit number, as shown below.<br />
