Indicators<br />

The following table shows the meaning of the indicators.<br />

Indicator Name Status Meaning<br />

PWR (green) Power ON The communications power supply<br />

is ON.<br />

OFF The communications power supply<br />

is OFF.<br />

COMM1 (yellow) Communications<br />

Note Word m is the first word allocated in the Unit.<br />

ON Normal communications on word<br />

m.<br />

OFF A communications error has<br />

occurred on word m or the Unit is<br />

in standby status.<br />

COMM2 (yellow) ON Normal communications on word<br />

m+1.<br />

OFF A communications error has<br />

occurred on word m+1 or the Unit<br />

is in standby status.<br />

ERR1 (red) Communications<br />

error<br />

ON A communications error has<br />

occurred on word m.<br />

OFF Normal communications on word<br />

m or the Unit is in standby status.<br />

ERR2 (red) ON A communications error has<br />

occurred on word m+1.<br />

OFF Normal communications on word<br />

m+1 or the Unit is in standby status.<br />

I (yellow) 0 to 15<br />

II (yellow) 0 to 15<br />

Input ON The corresponding input on word<br />

m is ON.<br />

OFF The corresponding input is OFF or<br />

the Unit is in standby status.<br />

Switch Settings The rotary switch and the DIP switch are located on the upper part of the Connector<br />

Terminal.<br />

Node number setting<br />

ON The corresponding input on word<br />

m+1 is ON.<br />

OFF The corresponding input on word<br />

m+1 is OFF or the Unit is in<br />

standby status.<br />

Note Always turn OFF the Slave before changing switch settings.<br />
