6.6 Installing SYCON.net<br />

To install the configuration software SYCON.net:<br />

‣ Close all application programs on the system!<br />

‣ Insert the <strong>cifX</strong> CD to the local DVD drive.<br />

‣ Start in the directory Software the SYCON.net setup program<br />

SYCONnet netX setup.exe.<br />

Or:<br />

‣ Select SYCON.net of the autostart menu.<br />

Note: Administrator privileges are required on Windows ® 2000/Windows ®<br />

XP/Windows ® Vista/Windows ® 7 systems for installation!<br />

‣ Choose System Installation from the start screen.<br />

The installation program asks for the components to be installed.<br />

‣ Answer these questions with Yes or No.<br />
