Remove cifX Communication Interface
5. Remove the CIFX 90-RE\F Communication Interface Mini PCI:
‣ To remove the CIFX 90-RE\F from the mainboard, pull the clamps on
the sides at the Mini PCI socket on the mainboard until the cifX flips up.
‣ Remove the CIFX 90-RE\F form the Mini PCI socket.
Or:
6. Remove the CIFX 90E-RE\F Communication Interface Mini PCI
Express:
‣ Press down the fastening clips (on the upper edge of the cifX), until the
CIFX 90E-RE\F flips up.

‣ Remove the CIFX 90E-RE\F from the PCI Express Mini System
Connector.
After this:
7. Close cabinet.
‣ Close the cabinet of the PC or connecting device.
