8. Deinstall CIFXE 50-RE <strong>Communication</strong> Interface PCI Express.<br />

‣ Loosen the CIFXE 50-RE.<br />

‣ Remove the CIFXE 50-RE from the PCI express slot.<br />

9. Install replacement CIFX 50E-RE.<br />

‣ Plug the replacement CIFXE 50-RE into the vacated express slot.<br />

‣ Fix the replacement CIFXE 50-RE using the hole intended.<br />

After this:<br />

10. Close cabinet.<br />

‣ Close the cabinet of the PC or connecting device.<br />

11. Plug the connecting cable to the Master or Slave.<br />

‣ Plug the connecting cable from the CIFX 50-RE or CIFX 50E-RE<br />

<strong>Communication</strong> Interface to the PC card <strong>Real</strong>-<strong>Time</strong> <strong>Ethernet</strong> Master or<br />

Slave.<br />

12. Connect the PC or the connecting device to the power supply and<br />

switch it on.<br />
