8.3 EtherCAT Master<br />

The subsequent table describes the meaning of the LEDs for the <strong>cifX</strong><br />

<strong>Communication</strong> Interface <strong>Real</strong>-<strong>Time</strong> <strong>Ethernet</strong> Master when the firmware of<br />

the EtherCAT Master protocol is loaded to the device.<br />
