VSP Lists<br />

You must download VSP lists before you can map your products and submit Rx<br />

orders and insurance claims to Eyefinity.<br />

Click Tasks on the <strong><strong>Office</strong>Mate</strong> main window and select Download VSP<br />

Lists.<br />

Select the VSP lists that you want to download by completing one of the actions<br />

below:<br />

Click Select All to select all of the VSP lists.<br />

Click Unselect All to unselect all of the VSP lists and then individually<br />

select the VSP lists that you want to download.<br />

Notes<br />

• Eyefinity/<strong><strong>Office</strong>Mate</strong> recommends downloading VSP lists<br />

every two weeks.<br />

• If all of your VSP lists are up-to-date, you do not need to<br />

download the lists.<br />

• You must download the VSP Lab list in order to select labs and<br />

send them Rx orders.<br />

Click Download.<br />

The Process Warning window opens.<br />

Click Yes to download the VSP lists that you selected.<br />

The VSP lists download into <strong><strong>Office</strong>Mate</strong>. To stop this process at any time, click<br />

Stop. When all of the VSP lists have downloaded successfully, the message “All<br />

lists were successfully downloaded.” appears in the status bar on the Download<br />

VSP Lists window.<br />
